Sales specific terms and conditions are listed below. 


Please note, at the moment, we are not able to offer sales to overseas addresses. The shipping address provided must be within the United Kingdom. If it is not, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue you with a refund. 

Conditions

 


You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement or using the model cancellation form on pg 2. This must be either sent to KKUK, PO Box 779, Southport, PR8 9QJ or emailed to kkukaimee@outlook.com.  


If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than -  a) 14 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied, or  b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods. 


We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. 
You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at the above address, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of your order to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. 


You, the purchaser, will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us. 


You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the order. 


Returns and Refunds


You have the right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where any goods delivered are faulty or misdescribed. In this case, please contact kkukaimee@outlook.com with a description of the problem.  


It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
